Fleur-de-lis Designs guarantees that you, the customer, will receive the products as they are specified on our product pages.

COATS OF ARMS: Our coat of arms and crest designs are made strictly in accordance with the rules of heraldry. We use the most highly respected authorities, including Rietstap’s Armorial General and Burke’s General Armory, among others, for these renderings.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS: All of our custom products, including coat of arms designs and the products bearing those designs, require a considerable initial investment in materials and staff time on our part, and these items cannot be re-sold. We fill all orders on good faith, and we expect our customers to exercise good faith as well.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS: Refunds will be issued if the product is not “as specified” on our web site or in our catalog. We will be pleased to work with you to provide a satisfactory replacement whenever possible.

SHIPPING: Our plaques and prints are made onsite in accordance with customer demand, so please note that there are times when we don’t have a particular plaque in stock. Our goal is to ship all plaque orders within 3-5 business days once the order is placed, and often we are able to do so more quickly during the holiday season. When you receive the plaque will depend upon your choice of shipping method.
