Fleur-de-lis Designs guarantees that you, the customer, will receive the products as they are specified on our product pages.

COATS OF ARMS: Our coat of arms and crest designs are made strictly in accordance with the rules of heraldry and the traditional blazon of arms for a surname. We use the most highly respected authorities, including Rietstap's Armorial General and Burke's General Armory, among others, for these renderings. Please note that there may be more than one coat of arms associated with a particular name; the oldest and/or most frequently repeated designs are used unless otherwise specified.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS: All of our custom products, including coat of arms designs and the products bearing those designs, require a considerable initial investment in materials and staff time on our part, and these items cannot be re-sold. We fill all orders on good faith, and we expect our customers to exercise good faith as well.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS: Refunds will be issued only if the product is not "as specified" on our web site or in our catalog. We will be pleased to work with you to provide a satisfactory replacement whenever possible.
